Typographic Error:
MyDreamSarees.com reserves the right to any typographic print error.

Shopping:
MyDreamSarees.com reserves the right to refuse customers’ claims for any kind of shopping error. Customers are responsible for placing or removing their online order, as well as carefully reviewing their items to purchase before checking out.

Color Disclaimer:
MyDreamSarees.com is not responsible for product color discrepancies. We select the maximum resolution for all our available product photos in our online store.

Purchase and Return:
All items are subject to availability in our stock and MyDreamSarees.com will notify customers immediately of the acceptance or rejection of a product order.

Once the order is shipped, MyDreamSarees.com will not allow customers to cancel or refund the order.

Pricing:
Our online price is for the product price only. MyDreamSarees.com reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Shipping cost and other charges are extra and are not included with product price.

Sales Tax:
Online purchases are subject to sales tax and will be in effect at the time of check out. California residence sales tax rate is 8.00%.

Method of Payment:
MyDreamSarees.com accepts PayPal and all other major credit cards to make payments through our secure online payment gateway.

Return or Exchange Merchandise:
MyDreamSarees.com reserves the right to refuse merchandise returns or exchanges. Full refunds are issued if a customer receives incorrect merchandise.

If a customer is unsatisfied with their product, we offer an exchange with a product of the same or lesser value. We do not offer refunds for products that are received after 15 days from shipment. MyDreamSarees.com is not responsible for the returned item’s shipping cost or the exchanged item’s shipping cost.

Returns or Exchanges will not be accepted if item is damaged, washed, worn or stained. Item must be received in the same condition it was shipped to the customer.

If MyDreamSarees.com has shipped any items which the customer did not pick up from their local post office and has been sent back to MyDreamSarees.com, we reserve the right to deduct a $20.00 restocking fee from the total transaction payment.

Defective Item:
Defective items are only entitled to exchange within 15 days of shipping.

In order to make an exchange, a return goods authorization (RGA) number before processing is required from MyDreamSarees.com. We will only reserve the right to issue a refund after carefully inspecting the returned merchandise. Any damaged, washed, worn or stained items will not be exchanged or refunded, unless the item contains manufacturer defects.

MyDreamSarees.com is not responsible for the return shipping cost.

Shipping:
MyDreamSarees.com offers FREE shipping within USA & Canada only through United States Postal Service (USPS). This service usually takes 2 to 5 business days after shipment. We use USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail, depending on the order.

All orders will be Insured through USPS if the order total is $100 and above, otherwise we do not insure our orders.

If orders are not $100 above, customers can purchase free shipping with Insurance and Signature Required for a nominal fee – this applies to USA & Canada only.

We do ship to International addresses through either USPS Insured Priority Mail or USPS Express Priority Mail for a small fee.

Shipping Address:
Customers who make online purchases must provide a shipping address to MyDreamSarees.com in order to properly execute all online orders.
