Does your company ship to Canada?

Yes, we offer free shipping within USA & Canada.

How long does standard delivery take?

Standard delivery for orders placed within the United States & Canada is estimated to take 2 to 5 business days.

Standard delivery for International orders is estimated to take 7 to 10 business days depending on destination and customs.

However, customers will be informed of actual delivery time by email after placing the order.

Do I pay sales taxes on products I buy?

Online sales are subject to sales tax and will be charged at the time of transaction. However, California residence will be charged 8.00% sales tax.

Tell me about shipping and delivery timeline.

All orders from MyDreamSarees.com are shipping through United States Postal Service (USPS) Insured Priority Mail or Express Mail.

Shipping is FREE in USA & Canada only. All other countries will be charged a nominal fee for shipping.

Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of check out on your review page before the final payment.

MyDreamSarees.com will provide only standard ground shipment unless otherwise specified by customer in the order. However, special request for shipping can be arranged with additional cost of customers’ choice.

Exception: All of our order delivery time is subject to availability of the items. If items are not available, we will immediately contact our customers to reschedule the shipment.

Product pricing and Exchange rates

All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.

Our pricing is considerably cheaper than market prices. We do market research before pricing our product. We are concerned about our customers’ satisfaction and earning their business. Our price at checkout includes total product cost, shipping charges (depending upon customers’ request) and applicable sales tax.

We do not receive our payment directly from our customers. Our payment gateway receives payment from our customers. The best possible exchange rate is available in the fair market value that is provided by the bank.

Yes, MyDreamSarees.com ships to all International countries. If you do not see your country in our drop down menu, please contact us by email at info@mydreamsarees.com and we will gladly assist you in placing an order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, MyDreamSarees.com will email you with the shipping confirmation, tracking number and carrier name. Customers can track their order at www.usps.com The Tracking number can also be obtained under the “My Account” section, only if you have created an account with us.

Why do I need to register on MyDreamSarees.com ?

Online registration will helps us offer better customer service. Our secured online store will effectively take care of our customers’ online transactions. By registering, our online store can easily contact our customers for upcoming promotional sales. Our customers are our entity to earn their business. How can I return my item?

MyDreamSarees.com will honor customers’ returns only within 15 days of merchandise delivery. Refunds are only issued if the customer receives incorrect merchandise.

Any damaged, washed, worn or stained items will not be accepted for refund. Item must be received in the same condition it was shipped to the customer.

We would encourage our customers’ to place their orders cautiously to avoid any frustration. Customers are welcome to call or email for product verification.

Do not return any merchandise directly to MyDreamSarees.com without a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. You will receive a RMA number, as soon as you return an item in your “My Account” section, or contact MyDreamSarees.com by email at info@mydreamsarees.com or phone at (714) 989-1381.

MyDreamSarees.com is not responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item.

If MyDreamSarees.com has shipped any items which the customer did not pick up from their local post office and has been sent back to MyDreamSarees.com, we reserve the right to deduct a $20.00 shipping and restocking fee on the total payment within that transaction.

How can I exchange my item?

Exchange of purchased items must be within 15 days of merchandise delivery.

To make an exchange, a return goods authorization (RGA) number is required to process. Exchange procedure will only be accepted after the returned merchandise has been inspected.

Any damaged, washed, worn or stained items will not be exchanged for another item. Item must be received in the same condition it was shipped to the customer.

MyDreamSarees.com is not responsible for the shipping cost of the exchanged item.

What do I do if I did not receive my package and it says it has been delivered?

If you have not received your package and it shows as delivered, you must contact us immediately within the date of delivery. We will do our best to investigate the matter.

I want to place an order, but I will not be home at the time of delivery?
Within USA & Canada only, if you know you will not be home to receive your package or live in a duplex or apartment complex, we encourage our customers to purchase the “Free Shipping with Insurance + Signature Required”. This way, your package will not be left on the doorstep and you will have to sign for it.
